The location for Ilkley was unbeatable, near the convenience store, Ilkley town centre and train station, and shops and other facilities in the town. We had an early check-in, the room was beautifully decorated with a nice view of the church from the window. The staff were very very helpful and offered guidance...

Perfect stay in Ilkley!

I spent 2 nights here and it was super cozy. The staff were really nice and helpful, and my room was surprisingly big and super clean. Breakfast was delish! Had a tasty full English with loads of options. The only thing was the street can be a bit noisy sometimes, but I still slept like a baby thanks to the double glazing.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a huge variety of dishes to choose from. That hotel was in a marvellous location, to the convenience store.

The location was poor, it's a pitty.

The location of the hotel was very central, near Ilkley town centre, other facilities in the town, and which could be an issue for light sleepers. It also was super close to all the hiking trails.

Their staff were relaxed.

Comfortable king room, delicious breakfast choice, with a good coffee pod machine in the room and a kettle provided for tea on a chilly evening, located just 15 km from the nearest airport for easy access.

Couples recommend it for a romantic getaway

The manager Tony was really good. When he discovered it was our 45th wedding anniversary, he went out of his way to bring us a bottle of Prosecco and glasses. The room was huge! It was super clean and had a king size bed that was super comfortable. Breakfast was also really good, cooked to order and hot.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

What a fab place! The room was super clean, and the bed was so comfy. I loved that they catered to my dietary quirks without a fuss.

The only downside? I was like a ghost during breakfast-ignored until I waved like an overzealous flag!

I had a wonderful stay as the hotel is just a few steps from the picturesque riverside parks along the river Wharfe and within walking distance of the charming Ilkley Toy Museum, making it perfect for weekend strolls.

The decor at Black Hat is charming with thoughtful accents that perfectly blend traditional and modern styles, making it so cute and accessible for us senior folks.

Charming Atmosphere with Really good Service

The room was perfect, with an immense shower and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was a highlight, with a range of delicious options that set you up for the day, although it could be improved with quicker service during busy times. The location was fantastic, right near the bustling center.

The room was spacious and comfy, with tea-making facilities, and breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The location was perfect for exploring the area and getting to the countryside easily. Don't miss out on the coffee machine in the room!

The only downside was when we prebooked our dinner but arrived to find no table reserved for us. It was a letdown after looking forward to it.
